Exporting PubMed citations into EndNote
The new version of PubMed uses the generic file type RIS to export to all citation management software (EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley, etc.)

Google Scholar

Go to Google Scholar Settings
At the bottom of the Settings page--Bibliography Manager, change the default to Show links to import citations to EndNote
Save the Settings

On the Google Scholar search results page, you will see Import into EndNote link under each reference

Click "Import into EndNote" and click Open and the reference will be imported into the EndNote Library
