These walk-in clinics now offer urgent/emergent care medical services to established and new patients in the Knoxville walk-in clinics. The urgent care clinics provide the convenience of a walk-in clinic with the expertise of an emergency room, with specialized after-hour medical care for illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life-threatening. Patients will be cared for by either a physician or an experienced nurse practitioner. All UT Medical Center Urgent Care Clinics serve patients over the age of two.
The urgent care clinics offer extended hours, weekend hours and holiday hours with access to physicians, nursing care and laboratory right on site.
Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 9am – 9pm
Sunday: 9am – 6pm
UT Urgent Care offers telehealth video eVisits which are a convenient alternative to seeking in-office care. Telehealth Urgent Care eVisits are only available for patients located within the state of Tennessee.

Telehealth appointments are available Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm.
After registering and scheduling an appointment, the visit occurs on a cloud-based telehealth platform using a secure video connection. You must have a desktop computer with camera, laptop, mobile phone, or a tablet with a good internet connection.
